Sam Leman Chevrolet Cadillac of Champaign is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join their growing Sales Team. The dealership provides hands-on training, experienced leadership, and necessary tools for success, making previous automotive sales experience unnecessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, wireless sales, real estate, or other customer-facing positions can translate well to automotive sales, but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Build relationships and provide an exceptional buying experience
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Learn Chevrolet and Cadillac products, technology, and available inventory
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process
- Maintain customer follow-up to generate repeat and referral business
- Work with dealership leadership and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
