About The Position

Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Bloomington is growing its Sales Team and hiring multiple Automotive Sales Consultants. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is a plus, but automotive experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process
• Follow up with customers to build repeat and referral business
• Learn our inventory, vehicle features, and automotive technology
• Work alongside sales leadership and other dealership departments to create a seamless customer experience
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training
