  • Valid Driver's License
  • Driving Record the meets insurance requirements and company policy
  • Current and active Sales License, in states where applicable

Nice To Haves

  • Previous retail customer service experience preferred
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Help the customer define their transportation needs, find the right vehicle to meet those needs, and address customer concerns which stand in the way of a vehicle purchasing decision.
  • Follow our sales process and embody the CarShop Philosophy, operating from values of integrity, teamwork, and caring for the customer.
  • Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries.
  • Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot.
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and establish a customer network.
  • Provide a quality customer service experience.
  • Continuously contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere, with readiness to assist customers and fellow associates.
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
  • Achieve individual sales and customer service goals.
  • Be exposed to learning operations and have the opportunity to grow and advance in their career.
