About The Position

Highline Automotive is seeking a personable, professional, and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join their growing highline dealership team in San Carlos, CA. This is an opportunity to work with discerning clients, premium vehicles, and a team that values relationships, product knowledge, and long-term career growth. The dealership specializes in performance cars including Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes, Lotus and more, and is moving to a larger facility with a large inventory of vehicles.

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Automotive sales experience preferred
• Luxury/highline/performance vehicle experience strongly preferred

• Can explain advanced luxury and performance vehicle features in a simple, exciting way

• Has experience selling luxury, exotic, or performance vehicles

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through a premium vehicle purchasing experience
• Demonstrate luxury and performance vehicle features and technology
• Build long-term customer relationships and referrals
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor vehicles
• Deliver a white-glove customer experience from introduction to delivery
