About The Position

Highline Automotive is seeking an experienced and self-driven Service Manager to lead their team in a unique dealership environment focused on high-performance cars such as Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes, and Lotus. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing owners of high-end vehicles, a passion for performance cars, and a proactive approach to achieving strong results for the service department. This is a hands-on role in a growing company that is moving to a larger facility in San Carlos, CA. We are looking for a leader who can build customer relationships, grow the shop, and maintain an honest and organized operation while driving sales performance. This is an incredible opportunity for a Service Manager or an experienced Service Advisor looking for their next career move in an enjoyable work environment where exotic and performance cars are a passion.
