About The Position
Flow Volkswagen/Mazda of Charlottesville is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales consultants interested in building a long-term career. Candidates from any sales industry are welcome, and automotive sales experience is not required. The company provides paid, intensive sales training, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, as well as other technical training as needed. Consultants must complete manufacturer training and certification when required. The role offers a $40,000 guaranteed base salary plus unlimited commission opportunities and a five-day work week. Vehicles are sold using a value-based, no-haggle pricing system. Pre-owned vehicles are fully reconditioned by the dealership, include a 100,000-mile warranty, and come with a CARFAX vehicle history report. Flow offers ongoing training and future career opportunities, with a preference for promoting from within. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
