About The Position

Flow Subaru of Charlottesville is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. The company provides ongoing training and future career opportunities, and prefers to promote from within. It will train people who are new to the industry through onsite and manufacturer instruction, along with other training as needed. The role averages more than 45 hours per week and is closed on Sundays. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Requirements

Recent automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred.
Customer service and sales skills, including empathy, patience, listening, and conflict resolution.
Resilience and the ability to overcome objections.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to succeed by listening to customers’ needs.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
