About The Position

Knudtsen Foothills Mazda is seeking a relationship-focused Retail Consultant to deliver an exceptional vehicle shopping and purchasing experience. The consultant helps customers explore vehicle options, demonstrates vehicle features, conducts test drives, and guides customers through the purchase process as a trusted advisor. The role suits a motivated professional who enjoys connecting with people, providing customer service, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Compensation is a $2,000 monthly base salary plus commission, with potential earnings upwards of $180,000 per year. If commission is not earned, the company pays Washington state minimum wage.
