About The Position

Volkswagen of Fallston is hiring driven Automotive Sales Consultants to help customers find the right vehicle and build lasting customer relationships. The role offers a path to a career in automotive sales, with training, ongoing development, inventory, tools, and support. Candidates do not need prior automotive sales experience; the dealership emphasizes communication, trust-building, motivation, work ethic, and a desire to succeed.

The position lists annual compensation of $60,000–$100,000+ OTE. Consultants work a five-day week with two days off, including Sundays off, and may pursue career advancement across more than 100 Sonic Automotive dealerships.

• Welcome customers and create a personalized buying experience.
