About The Position

Haddad Subaru is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and guide them through the purchase process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will represent our diverse inventory of Subaru vehicles and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or related retail sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers through various marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Provide detailed product information and demonstrate vehicle features to customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best fit their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate sales pricing and terms in alignment with dealership policies.
  • Collaborate with finance and service departments to facilitate smooth sales transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on Subaru vehicle specifications, promotions, and incentives.
