Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience required.
- Proven success in commission-based sales with a strong closing record.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Deliver an exceptional showroom experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery.
- Become a product expert by maintaining manufacturer certifications and completing required training.
- Present financing, leasing, protection products, and vehicle features with confidence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and referrals.
- Generate new business through prospecting, repeat customers, and community networking.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
