About The Position

AutoNation is hiring an Automotive Sales Associate for BMW of Las Vegas. The associate helps customers find vehicles that meet their needs and supports a positive car-buying experience. AutoNation provides nationwide new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, customer financing resources, CRM and equity-mining tools, and a supportive team. The role offers a commission-based pay plan and hands-on, digital, and classroom training. Career paths may include finance, management, and other opportunities across AutoNation’s dealerships.

Requirements

• Over 1 year of automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers repeatedly.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
