About The Position

United Imports Auto Group is hiring an experienced Automotive Sales Associate to support vehicle sales at its California dealership group, which represents Nissan, INFINITI, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, and high-line brands. The role requires experience and a willingness to learn. Associates build long-term customer relationships, help customers select vehicles, develop extensive product knowledge, and provide professional vehicle demonstrations. The position is full time with eight-hour shifts. Applicants must hold a California driver's license and have a clean driving record; flexible availability, including weekends, is required.

Requirements

• Automotive sales experience is required.
• California driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Build enriching customer relationships and develop a lasting clientele.
• Use consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become an authority on the vehicles.
• Learn product offerings, optional packages, and the latest vehicle technologies.
• Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to encourage successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and succeed in sales situations.
• Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
• Bring a positive attitude to work each day.
