About The Position

Ken Garff Kia Bell Road in Phoenix, Arizona is hiring Automotive Sales Associates for a sales role with performance-based earning potential of $7,000–$16,000+ per month and guaranteed monthly pay of $3,000. The dealership offers a 90-day paid training program, ongoing training and development, and career advancement opportunities. Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required; the employer is willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in automotive sales. Sales Associates welcome customers, learn about their vehicle needs and budgets, showcase vehicles and their features, and guide customers through the buying process. They also follow up with prospective buyers, work toward sales goals, and provide customer experiences intended to encourage repeat business and referrals. Interviews are by appointment only.
