About The Position

Graff Auto Campus is hiring an enthusiastic, driven Automotive Sales Associate / Product Specialist to join its sales team at Graff Chevrolet GMC. The organization welcomes both experienced sales professionals and people new to automotive sales, and is willing to train candidates who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to succeed. The role offers performance-driven earning potential, training and development, and opportunities for advancement across the organization’s five area locations. The dealership is closed for most major holidays.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers in person, over the phone, and online.
Guide customers through the vehicle-buying experience from their first interaction through delivery of the vehicle.
Develop a strong understanding of Chevrolet and GMC vehicles and the dealership’s pre-owned inventory.
Identify customer needs and help customers find an appropriate vehicle.
Answer questions, address concerns, and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
Work with the team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
