About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is seeking a full-time Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager in Hialeah, Florida, to manage multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers and automotive repair stores. The role oversees daily store operations and translates executive and operational processes into clear store-level responsibilities and tasks. The manager recruits, trains, directs, and leads teams of more than 75 people, with the goal of providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of the service centers. The position calls for hands-on leadership in a growing automotive maintenance company.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- At least 3 references who can verify a history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and a 50+ hour work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Manage teams of more than 75 people across multiple automotive repair stores and vehicle service centers.
- Supervise the daily operations of multiple stores.
- Translate executive and operational processes into store-level responsibilities and tasks.
- Recruit, train, and direct employees.
- Lead teams to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the success of the service centers.
