About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager to lead multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers and automotive repair stores. The manager supervises daily store operations, translates executive and operational processes into store-level tasks, and recruits, trains, directs, and motivates employees to deliver exceptional customer service. The role leads teams of more than 75 people and involves hands-on work to support the success of the centers. The position is based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, in ZIP code 29575.

Requirements

At least 3 years of management experience.
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
Access to reliable transportation.
At least 3 references verifying a history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and a solid 50+ hour work ethic.
Strong leadership and motivation skills, time-management and delegation abilities, customer-service skills, and a reputation for integrity and top performance.

Responsibilities
