About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager in Conway, South Carolina, to manage multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers and automotive repair stores. The role oversees teams of more than 75 people and the daily operations of multiple locations. The manager translates executive and operational processes into actionable store-level tasks, and recruits, trains, and directs employees to deliver exceptional customer service. The position calls for a hands-on leader focused on the success of the service centers and stores. ACE is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center that aims to provide fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. Requirements
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- At least 3 references who can verify a history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and a solid 50+ hour work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers and automotive repair stores.
- Supervise the daily operations of multiple retail automotive repair stores and vehicle service centers.
- Translate executive and operational processes into tangible responsibilities and tasks at the store level.
- Recruit, train, and direct employees.
- Lead teams of more than 75 people.
- Work hands-on to help ensure the success of the vehicle service centers and automotive stores.
- Build teams focused on providing exceptional customer service.
