About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager to lead multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers and automotive repair stores. The manager supervises the daily operations of multiple retail locations, translates executive and operational processes into store-level responsibilities and tasks, and recruits, trains, and directs employees to deliver exceptional customer service. The role leads teams of more than 75 people and calls for a hands-on approach to supporting the success of the service centers. ACE is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance company focused on providing fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The position is based in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Compensation is competitive, with several bonus platforms and potential earnings of up to $140,000 per year.

Requirements

At least 3 years of management experience.
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
Access to reliable transportation.
At least 3 references who can verify a history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and a solid 50+ hour work ethic.
Established reputation as a top performer, unwavering integrity, strong leadership and motivational skills, effective time management and delegation, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities
