About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is seeking a full-time Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager in West Springfield, Massachusetts, to manage multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers and automotive repair stores. The manager supervises daily store operations, translates executive and operational processes into store-level responsibilities, and recruits, trains, and directs employees to deliver exceptional customer service. The role leads teams of more than 75 people and involves hands-on work to support the success of the service centers. ACE is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center focused on providing fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. Compensation is competitive, with several bonus platforms and potential annual earnings of up to $140,000. Requirements
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- At least 3 references verifying commitment, motivation, leadership, and a solid 50+ hour work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers and automotive repair stores.
- Supervise the daily operations of multiple retail automotive repair stores and vehicle service centers.
- Translate executive and operational processes into tangible responsibilities and tasks at the store level.
- Recruit, train, and direct employees to build a successful team and provide exceptional customer service.
- Lead teams of more than 75 people.
- Take a hands-on approach to supporting the success of the service centers.
