About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager to manage multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers and automotive repair stores in Stuart, Florida. The role leads teams of more than 75 people, oversees daily operations across multiple locations, and translates executive and operational processes into store-level responsibilities and tasks. The manager recruits, trains, and directs employees to deliver exceptional customer service and helps ensure the success of the service centers. The position offers competitive pay and bonus opportunities, with potential earnings of up to $140,000 per year. ACE is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center focused on fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. Requirements
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- At least 3 references that verify commitment, motivation, leadership, and a 50+ hour work ethic.
