Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager
About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is seeking a full-time Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager to lead multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers and automotive repair stores in West Springfield, Massachusetts. The manager supervises daily operations across multiple locations, translates executive and operational processes into store-level responsibilities, and recruits, trains, and directs employees to deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves leading teams of more than 75 people and working hands-on to support the success of the service centers. ACE is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center focused on providing fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The position offers competitive pay and bonus opportunities, with potential earnings up to $140,000 per year.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- At least 3 references who can verify a history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and a solid 50+ hour work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers and automotive repair stores.

- Build and lead teams to provide exceptional customer service.
