About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager to lead multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers and automotive repair stores. The manager oversees daily operations and teams of more than 75 people, turning executive and operational processes into store-level responsibilities and tasks. The role involves recruiting, training, and directing employees to deliver exceptional customer service, and hands-on leadership to support the success of the centers. The position is based in Davie, Florida (33324).

Requirements

At least 3 years of management experience.
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
Access to reliable transportation.
At least three references who can verify commitment, motivation, leadership, and a 50+ hour work ethic.
Strong leadership and ability to motivate others.
Ability to manage time effectively and delegate tasks.
Strong customer service skills.
Integrity and a record as a top performer.

Responsibilities

Manage teams of more than 75 people across multiple automotive service centers and repair stores.
Supervise the daily operations of multiple retail automotive repair stores and vehicle service centers.
Translate executive and operational processes into responsibilities and tasks at the store level.
Recruit, train, and direct employees to build a strong team and provide exceptional customer service.
Provide hands-on leadership to support the success of the vehicle service centers and stores.
