Responsibilities

Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions.
Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination.
Maintain a professional and positive presence.
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
Provide general administrative and front desk support.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
