About The Position

Neil Huffman Imports is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional part-time receptionist. Receptionists serve as a first point of contact for customers and help create a welcoming experience while providing administrative and clerical support to the dealership team. The schedule includes evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Take and deliver accurate messages.
Communicate with callers professionally and efficiently while minimizing hold times.
Provide basic information to customers with general inquiries.
Extend hospitality to customers in the waiting area.
Accurately log incoming sales calls.
Complete assigned paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance and work area.
Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shift.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
