About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Parts Associate to support vehicle reconditioning at its high-tech Inspection Center in Yaphank, New York. The role involves ordering parts, identifying and recording the parts needed for vehicles, receiving and picking parts, and maintaining an orderly storage area. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees to help their skills and pay progress.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
• Pass a complete background check.
