Requirements
- Hands-on experience in automotive refinishing, including masking, sanding, grinding, and paint application.
- Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer-focused mindset to deliver top-quality results.
- Valid driver’s license required for operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform expert paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to CarMax quality standards.
- Execute dent repairs, masking, sanding, and grinding for bodywork repairs.
- Repair and replace small plastic and trim components, ensuring every detail meets CarMax standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace, following CarMax’s strict safety protocols.
- Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
