About The Position

Carvana is seeking an entry-level Cosmetic Inspector to work in a vehicle reconditioning center. The role identifies cosmetic imperfections and repairs before reconditioning and after the paint process. It may also involve preparing vehicles through tasks such as sanding and masking. Carvana provides training programs for entry-level employees so skills and pay can progress with the company. The work takes place in a fast-paced production environment and may involve exposure to hot or cold weather. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check; the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Must pass a complete background check.
• The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
