About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Cosmetic Inspector to work in a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center. The role identifies cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs before reconditioning and after the paint process. It may also involve vehicle preparation tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees to support skill and pay progression. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, and hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.

Requirements

Professional automotive prepping experience is requested; the posting does not specify a duration for this Cosmetic Inspector role.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Be able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Pass a complete background check.
The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
