About The Position

The Automotive Operations Coordinator oversees the workflow of vehicle reconditioning operations, ensuring new and used vehicles are identified, routed, and completed within expected delivery timelines. The coordinator tracks work using Smart Sheets and acts as a key point of contact among Dent Wizard, dealership staff, and customers. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort working outdoors.

Ability to use a digital camera and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Professional appearance.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Ability to stand and walk regularly; stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb frequently.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform manual-dexterity and repetitive-motion tasks.
Comfort working in moderate noise levels and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Log and track vehicle reconditioning workflow in priority order using Smart Sheets, and communicate issues to the dealer.
Coordinate repair activities with service drive staff to support timely execution.
Order parts as required and ensure availability for scheduled work.
Conduct final inspections to confirm work meets quality standards.
Manage billing and invoicing between Dent Wizard and the dealership.
Interact professionally with dealership customers as required.
Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
Keep tools in good working condition.
Follow company procedures and policies.
Communicate relevant feedback, issues, and solutions to supervisors or management.
Promote a positive, cooperative, and respectful work culture.
