About The Position

MSX International is hiring an Automotive Consultant Operations professional to partner with leading automotive and global mobility brands. In this autonomous, client-facing role, you will help clients implement systems, processes, and change initiatives that improve performance and deliver measurable impact. The work combines solution delivery, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement, with an emphasis on helping users adopt new tools and ways of working. The position is hybrid and based in Atlanta, Georgia, or various U.S. locations. Willingness to travel and work in client environments is required.

Requirements

Experience in automotive implementation, consulting, operations, or client-facing roles.
Strong stakeholder management and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide high-quality results in dynamic environments.
Competence working with diverse business systems, technology, processes, and data.
Willingness to travel and work in a mobile, client-facing environment.
A practical, problem-solving approach.
Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented.
High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of automotive training or coaching experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
