About The Position

As an Implementation/Field Specialist, you will partner with clients to deliver solutions that improve performance and drive measurable impact. You will support the rollout of systems, processes, and change initiatives and help ensure they are adopted. This autonomous, client-facing role combines delivery, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. The position requires willingness to travel and work in a client environment. The role is full-time (40 hours per week), hybrid, and field-based, with a listed location of Atlanta, Georgia, and various U.S. locations.

Requirements

Experience in automotive implementation, consulting, operations, or client-facing roles.
Strong stakeholder management and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide high-quality results in dynamic environments.
Competence in working with diverse business systems, technology, processes, and data.
Willingness to travel and work in a mobile, client-facing environment.
A problem-solving approach focused on practical outcomes.
Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented.
High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of automotive training or coaching experience.
A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
