About The Position

The Automotive Operations Coordinator oversees the workflow of new and used vehicle reconditioning operations, ensuring work is identified, routed, and completed within expected delivery timelines. The coordinator tracks work using Smart Sheets and serves as a point of contact among Dent Wizard, dealership staff, and customers. The role involves working outdoors and on the dealership lot, coordinating repairs and parts, inspecting completed work, and managing billing and invoicing.

Ability to stand and walk regularly; stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb frequently; lift up to 45 pounds; and perform manual-dexterity and repetitive-motion tasks.
Comfort working in moderate noise levels and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Log and track vehicle reconditioning workflow in priority order using Smart Sheets, making information available to shop employees.
Communicate workflow issues to the dealership and coordinate repair activities with service drive staff.
Order parts required for scheduled work and ensure their availability.
Conduct final inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
Manage billing and invoicing between Dent Wizard and the dealership.
Interact professionally with dealership customers as needed.
Provide and maintain a safe working environment and keep tools in good working condition.
Follow company procedures and policies.
Communicate relevant feedback, issues, and potential solutions to a supervisor or management.
Promote a positive, respectful, and cooperative work culture.
