About The Position
Friendship Automotive is hiring an Automotive Lube Technician for Ford of Bristol. The technician will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles while following manufacturer specifications, dealership safety procedures, and quality standards. Technician experience or certifications are preferred but not required. The role calls for broad automotive-mechanics knowledge, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn new technology and service specifications. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team and must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Requirements
- Broad knowledge of automotive mechanics.

Responsibilities
- Safely drive vehicles to test components and systems.
- Accurately estimate the time needed for service.
- Use tools and service equipment properly to diagnose and maintain vehicles.
- Efficiently perform work specified on Repair Orders.
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
- Communicate issues or additional needs to Assistant Service Managers.
- Follow dealership safety procedures and quality standards.
