Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a full-time, energetic, customer-focused Café Concierge to help create an exceptional customer experience at its dealership. The role provides a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression. The ideal candidate is personable, highly motivated, goal-oriented, professional, demonstrates integrity, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in getting things done.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• Professional appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks (MVR and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Handle cashiering for Parts and Service.
• Respond to customers at the Lexus Cafe and stock food items.
• Verify closed repair orders.
• Handle bad checks.
• Track vehicles left at the dealership and handle them appropriately.
• File service repair orders.
• Handle all customer information.
• Manage service reminders.
