About The Position

Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking Internet Sales Consultants to join its high-performing team. The role supports the dealership’s internet sales team by handling individual customer leads and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has experience building professional business relationships, knowledge of CRM tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and stay organized. Sales and negotiation skills are a plus. This is an in-house, not remote, position.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of CRM tools.
Time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask.
An ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eagerness to improve.
Ability to meet appointment-set and show-percentage metrics.
Authorization to work in the USA.
Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, a Motor Vehicle Record check, and a drug test.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads.
Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
Understand the needs and psychology of internet customers and work with them to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
Assist customers with vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and a high level of customer service.
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online.
Promptly deliver inquiries and messages intended for other team members, sales personnel, and departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
