About The Position

Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking Internet Sales Consultants to support its internet sales team, which manages a large share of the dealership’s leads. The role handles customer inquiries individually and provides exceptional customer service, helping internet customers select vehicles and arrange appointments for vehicle demonstrations. The position is in-house and not remote. The employer offers an hourly wage of $18.00 plus monthly bonus potential and paid training.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of CRM tools.
Time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask.
An ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eagerness to improve.
Ability to meet appointment-setting and show-percentage metrics.
Authorization to work in the USA.
Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, a Motor Vehicle Record check, and a drug test.
A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads.
Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
Understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicles, providing industry knowledge and a high level of customer service.
Direct customers to product information resources, including resources available on the internet.
Promptly deliver inquiries and messages intended for other team members, sales personnel, and departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
