About The Position

Audi North Miami, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to oversee dealership finance and insurance operations. The role manages customer loan origination and approvals, develops relationships with lenders, helps customers identify financing needs and payment options, and presents related financial products and services. The manager ensures transactions are completed accurately, legally, and ethically, and supports customer satisfaction throughout the purchase experience. The position also supervises financial services associates and works toward monthly finance and insurance income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience.
• Prior experience in a dealership F&I department, automotive sales, or selling financial products.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Positive attitude and high-energy personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment and a good driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval processes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with lenders.
• Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Determine customers’ financing needs and explore payment options.
• Build positive relationships with customers while presenting products and services.
• Present warranties, credit insurance, GAP insurance, and other dealership products.
• Secure and finalize transactions legally and ethically while maintaining productivity.
• Meet monthly forecasts for finance and insurance income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare federal, state, and dealership transaction paperwork accurately and submit it to the Accounting Department promptly.
• Enhance customer satisfaction throughout the purchase experience.
• Supervise financial services associates to help meet individual and department goals.
• Demonstrate company values in interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
