About The Position

Toyota of North Miami is hiring an Automotive Sales Associate to join its growing sales team at its new, state-of-the-art facility. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships, helping customers choose vehicles, learning Toyota product offerings and technology, and conducting professional vehicle demonstrations. Associates use an iPad Air and a wireless sales process to complete transactions alongside customers. The position offers a career opportunity with a dealership group recognized among the top 150 in the country.

Requirements

Availability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Willingness to quickly learn vehicle product details.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers and create long-term customer loyalty.
Help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Learn and explain vehicle product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to encourage referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and succeed in sales situations.
Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
Represent the Toyota brand with a positive attitude.
