About The Position

We are seeking an Automotive F&I Manager for our client North Penn VW. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.

Requirements

• Previous F&I Manager experience of 3 plus years is REQUIRED for this position.
• Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of selling automotive products to clients, working knowledge of the finance process, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.
• We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle protection products to clients.
• Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
• Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
• Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
• Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
