About The Position

Mills Auto Group is seeking a high-performing Finance & Insurance Manager to coordinate the sale of financing and insurance programs to dealership customers. The role works with the sales team and financial institutions to provide financial services, achieve production goals, and ensure deals are handled efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of automotive dealership F&I experience.
• Proven track record.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Excellent track record with financial institutions.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Successfully complete an MVR check, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Sell financing and insurance products and services to customers.
• Attain gross production goals for financial services and products.
• Review customer credit applications for completeness.
• Use the menu selling process for every deal.
• Ensure all necessary deal documentation is complete.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards and promote strong CSI.
• Communicate with the sales team so every customer is handled efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations.
• Complete and submit financial documents where applicable.
• Maintain effective communication with team members.
