About The Position

DARCARS Kia of Temple Hills is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead the customer finance process, present finance and warranty products, structure deals with sales professionals, secure lender approvals, and ensure accurate title paperwork. The role includes working with in-person customers and digital retailing tools, maintaining customer satisfaction and CSI scores, providing guidance on DMV laws and finance regulations, and building relationships with lenders and vendor partners. The position may offer potential earnings of up to $240K+ based on experience. The employee may also be asked to perform other duties and responsibilities at a supervisor’s request.

Requirements

2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership.
Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance.
Professional, confident menu presentation skills.
Comfort working evenings and Saturdays.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead the customer finance process in person and through digital retailing tools.
Present and sell finance and warranty products confidently and in compliance with applicable requirements.
Collaborate with sales professionals to structure profitable deals.
Secure lender approvals and handle title paperwork accurately and on time.
Maintain top-tier CSI scores and client satisfaction.

Follow other instructions and perform additional duties and responsibilities requested by a supervisor.
