About The Position

White's Auto Mall Honda is hiring an experienced Finance Manager to support its expanding dealership group. The role involves assisting department managers in leading the Sales Staff while arranging customer financing, presenting additional products, structuring profitable deals, and ensuring accurate paperwork and timely funding. Requirements

Automotive dealership experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager.
Extensive automotive management experience and references.
Basic MS Office knowledge and proficiency with computer software and the internet.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to close.
Valid US driver's license.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug test.
Personal and professional integrity.

Nice To Haves

Automotive-specific computer knowledge, such as Reynolds & Reynolds; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist department managers in leading and directing the Sales Staff while working as a Finance Manager.
Arrange financing for customer purchases and present additional products that enhance the vehicle and ownership experience.
Structure deals for profitability and funding.
Accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, and close deals effectively.
Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals accurately.
Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
