Automotive Finance Manager

About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) professional to join the team as a leader. The role focuses on automotive F&I, compliance requirements, product knowledge, training new talent, and delivering excellent customer service. Compensation is performance-based and competitive with the retail automotive market.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of F&I experience.
Responsibilities
- Contract new business, sell F&I products, and close deals.
- Generate finance income on all sold customers.
- Check and verify paperwork for cash, finance, or loan transactions.
- Contract or collect all money at closing.
- Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
- Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
- Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
- Understand all programs and rate options offered by lenders.
- Solicit extended warranty sales.
- Handle cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, and related products.
- Train new talent.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
