About The Position
Hiley Volkswagen is hiring automotive technicians to join its dealership service team. The role offers an abundance of work, support from service advisers and the executive team, and opportunities for training and long-term career growth. Technicians are expected to complete assigned work correctly the first time, communicate clearly, inspect customer vehicles, and work collaboratively with other team members. Applicants must have previous automotive experience, be at least 18 years old, be authorized to work in the United States, and hold a valid driver’s license. A clean driving record is also required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The position offers estimated compensation of $60,000 to $100,000, medical and dental plans, a 401(k), life insurance, an employee purchase discount, and training and certification opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous automotive experience is required.
- Demonstrated record of high-quality work, with a focus on fixing problems correctly the first time.
- Clear communication skills.
- Available to work flexible hours.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Complete assigned work correctly the first time.
- Work with service advisers to communicate customer vehicle needs.
- Inspect customer vehicles and recommend needed repairs and maintenance.
- Follow OSHA workplace safety guidelines.
- Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
- Assist team members with diagnosis and repair when requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
