About The Position

Bud Clary VW is seeking VW-trained technicians to support its growing service department and help deliver the dealership’s goal of providing the best service experience in town. The role is part of Bud Clary Auto Group, a family-owned Washington State dealership network. Flat-rate pay is $30–$50 per hour, based on Volkswagen certifications and experience. A relocation bonus of up to $5,000 is available for A-level technicians with High Voltage Certification. Driving is an essential function, and employees must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record under company insurance standards.

Requirements

Volkswagen technician training.
A valid driver’s license.
Maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance standards throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

A-level technician status with High Voltage Certification for eligibility for a relocation bonus of up to $5,000.
