About The Position

Hiley Mazda is hiring an F&I Manager to support its growing sales operation. The manager will serve customers by presenting financing options and protection products, maintaining lender relationships, and helping foster a customer-centric experience. The role joins an energetic sales team and a motivated executive team, with training and resources available. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

• Previous automotive management experience is required.
• Experience managing teams of sales representatives and hands-on sales floor work.
• Demonstrated ability to generate sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
