About The Position

Morrie's Auto Group is seeking a Finance Manager for its Minnetonka Mazda location in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Requirements

• College degree in Business Management, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales and/or finance experience in the automotive industry.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills.
• Proven success in sales.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Conduct consultative interviews to determine customers’ financing needs and payment options.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing products and finance options.
• Ensure finance transactions comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Establish and exceed targeted product sales goals.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of available products to build value and advocate for customers.
• Ensure administrative processes comply with company standards and are completed efficiently.
• Maintain high customer service by advocating for customers, resolving issues, thoroughly answering questions, and maintaining a high CSI.
