About The Position
Morrie's Auto Group is hiring a Finance Manager at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The role structures finance deals, advises customers on financing and payment options, presents product and finance choices transparently, and supports profitable, compliant transactions. The Finance Manager is also responsible for meeting product sales goals, completing administrative processes to company standards, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Requirements
- College degree in Business Management, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of sales and/or finance experience in the automotive industry.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and consultative skills.
- Proven success in sales.

Responsibilities
- Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
- Conduct consultative interviews to determine customers' financing needs and payment options.
- Present a transparent pricing menu that explains products and finance options.
- Ensure finance transactions comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Establish and exceed targeted product sales goals.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of available products to build value and advocate for customers.
- Complete administrative processes efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain high customer service by advocating for customers, resolving issues, answering questions thoroughly, and maintaining a high CSI.
