About The Position
Blair Automotive is hiring a master-level European automotive technician for its independent repair group, which has locations in Carrollton, Plano, and Grapevine, Texas. The company describes its shops as high-standard, fast-moving operations serving affluent North Texas communities. Technicians have autonomy in managing their work and receive support from a collaborative team and Alloy Techs, an internal diagnostic and programming support team. The facilities are air-conditioned, clean, and equipped with factory scan tools, special tools, and other necessary equipment, including ODIS, ISTA, PIWIS, and Xentry. The role offers $50–$60 per flat-rate hour plus production bonuses, benefits, paid factory training, and no weekend work. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses may be available for qualified technicians.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience working on European vehicles.
- Master-level European technician capability; examples include Audi Master Guild, BMW Level 1, Porsche Gold, Mercedes Master, or JLR qualifications, or being clearly on the way to that level.
- Ability to produce hours and deliver high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-functioning team.
- Professional, respectful conduct.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair European vehicles to a high standard.

- Use factory diagnostic platforms and equipment; seek support from Alloy Techs for challenging diagnostics, programming, and related issues.
- Produce hours and help the team succeed.
